Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product is past its expiry date
  • Package is tampered with or opened upon delivery
  • Product quality does not meet our standards

Refund Process

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving the product
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue
  3. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
  4. If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Replacement Policy

In cases where a replacement is more appropriate, we will send you a fresh product at no additional cost. Replacement orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Product consumed or packaging opened (unless defective)
  • Request made after 2 days of delivery
  • Damage caused by improper storage or handling
