Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product is past its expiry date
- Package is tampered with or opened upon delivery
- Product quality does not meet our standards
Refund Process
To request a refund or replacement:
- Contact us within 2 days of receiving the product
- Provide your order number and photos of the issue
- Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
- If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Replacement Policy
In cases where a replacement is more appropriate, we will send you a fresh product at no additional cost. Replacement orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Product consumed or packaging opened (unless defective)
- Request made after 2 days of delivery
- Damage caused by improper storage or handling
